Bankruptcy Attorney & Founder
Quoc Nguyen, or "Q" as many clients and colleagues call him, is the founder of iQ Bankruptcy Law LLC. He established the firm with a simple mission: to provide honest, hands-on legal representation to help people achieve a genuine fresh start.
Before practicing law, Quoc earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver. He developed his financial expertise through work in financial reporting at a Fortune 500 company and grants management for the State of Colorado. Quoc went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, focusing on criminal law and representing indigent clients through the university's legal clinic - experiences that strengthened his commitment to helping people through life’s most difficult challenges. Today, Quoc leverages his dual background in finance and law to help clients navigate bankruptcy with practical and strategic solutions.
Having grown up in Colorado, Quoc naturally spends his time outside the office in the mountains seeking new challenges. He has summited all 58 Colorado fourteeners, walked across Alaska - twice, and driven the entire length of the Americas from Alaska to Patagonia. He brings that same resilience, discipline, and determination to his legal practice and to every client he represents.
